Earlier in the year Carlos Morales’ story broke our hearts. His lifelong dream to become a father came true, but at a deadly cost after his wife, Erica died hours after giving birth. “I didn’t know how I would survive without her. But almost five months later, I understand why I am still here. My babies are four beautiful blessings. They are becoming little humans.
