Passengers fined for sex on a Sydney train

A Wollongong man has been fined $700 after he pled guilty to indecent exposure and behaving offensively following the shocking discovery that he let a stranger perform oral sex on him while on a Sydney train on last week.

The woman involved in the sex act has been identified as 34-year-old Chantelle Gordon, she was motived to go through with the impulsive act because it was her birthday, police heard.

A warrant has since been issued for her arrest, and she’s been convicted with all the same charges as the man involved.

The man, identified as Shane Brennan, a father of three, told The Daily Mail that he first encountered the woman on the platform when she asked him if he would be interested in having intercourse, he noted the woman had a “mad body”.

“(She) was pretty horny and ready to go. Toey as,” Brennan told reporters.

He revealed the woman sat down next to him and began masturbating. After declining her offer for intercourse, Brennan agreed to let the woman perform oral sex on him.

“As soon as the deed was done I was out of there and off,” he continued.

He had no idea there were cameras on the train which would capture the pair in the act. There was no one on the train at the time of the incident and Brennan thought he’d gotten away with the lewd behaviour.

Originally there was no word on whether the woman involved (later identified as Chantelle Gordon) would be punished for her behaviour, which Mr.Brennan found frustrating as “she was the one masturbating.”

The father of three has been placed on a 12-month good behaviour bond and reveals he would not repeat his actions.

He maintains that very few men would say no in a similar situation.

“How many f**ing men would have knocked it back?” he told The Daily Mail.*
