Warning: anyone disturbed the by the sight of feet may have a strong visceral reaction to Schapelle Corby’s latest loved-up picture.

Late last month, Woman’s Day reported Schapelle Corby and was reunited with her handsome surfer boyfriend, Ben Panangian.

We can’t think of a more romantic way to show off all those feelings, the joy and the love than to capture a tender moment and share it with the world.

But this photo of Schapelle appearing to hold Ben’s foot is not exactly what we had in mind.

Schapelle captioned the photo, #imstillwearingthesmileyougaveme (or ‘I’m still wearing the smile you gave me’), and yet followers of the 41-year-old have somehow managed to look straight past the romance element, and were instead left shocked and appalled by the- let’s face it, bizarre image.

“Almost foot in mouth👣” commented one person.

“Safe to say I’m VERY shook by this.”

“Everything about this is upsetting,” said another.

Ben and Schapelle, the face behind the foot.

Longtime lovers

A close friend of Schapelle has previously told Woman’s Day that her beau saved her life while she was in in Kerobokan Prison in Bali.

The pair met at in 2006 at a church service in Prison, where Ben was also serving time for drug possession, and love blossomed.

Schapelle was apparently “beyond excited” at the prospect of seeing Ben, but was “nervous” about boarding a flight as it was the first time she’d been on a plane since leaving Bali.

“She’s missed Ben desperately. They’re soulmates and it broke both their hearts to be separated for such a long time.”

“I know they speak all the time on the phone, but it’s not the same. She’s been looking forward to this for ages.”

Ah, young love.
