Pro-refugee campaigners abseiled down Parliament House and dyed the pond blood red in protest

“We're not leaving until the government holds itself accountable for the actions that are taking place on Manus, Nauru, Christmas Island and all on-shore detention."

Today, they’re back and making a huge statement with more stunts.

The refugee activists dyed the pond outside Parliament House blood red and launched symbolic rafts around the water feature.

They also abseiled down the front of Parliament House in Canberra to hang a sign which read: “Close the bloody camps now #Justice4Refugees”.

More as we get it.
