Pauline Hanson broke down in tears on national TV following rumours of a fallout with One Nation senator

Hanson can not hide her pain in the explosive interview.

Pauline Hanson has broken down in tears during an explosive interview with Sky News, while addressing the rumours of a falling out between her and One Nation Senator Brian Burston.

The feud started after Senator Burston chose to break rank and support the Government’s tax cuts after One Nation announced it would not support the plan to extend tax cuts to all companies in Australia. After Burston made his decision public, he was demoted by Hanson who maintains it was because he was not doing his job.

Burston has been a One Nation party member for 20 years.

The interview which brought Pauline to tears

When asked about suggestions that Burston has tried to defect to the Shooters, Fishers and Farmers party, Senator Hanson was immediately emotional and seemed to be holding back tears as she took a long pause before starting to touch on why the whole affair had been so hurtful to her.

“This isn’t the first time Brian’s stabbed me in the back,” Senator Hanson says.

“It’s hurts me deeply, because it means so much to me what I’m trying to do,” she continued after a long pause.

“You think I’m going to let Brian Burston finish me?” the senator continues her powerful monologue.

Burston denies he has tried to join the Shooters, Fishers and Farmers party, but it seems likely he will quit the party after this weeks drama.
