They say that beauty is in the eye of the beholder – well, what if the ‘beholder’ is more than half a million people?
Indeed, it’s this 500K-plus group, and scores more, have deemed Anastasia Knyazeva of Russia as the most beautiful girl in the world. Ana is only six years old.
Russian native Ana has already shot numerous campaigns for brands including Chobi Kids and Mischka Aoki – all of which have been heavily documented on her Instagram account.
With her very own “official” Instagram, run by her mother, Anna, young Ana has garnered the attention of people from across the globe.
At any one time, a user will write, “This is the most beautiful girl I have ever seen.”
Another, lost for words, will say, “Her eyes…”
Following in the now-famous footsteps of 16-year-old French model Thylane Blondeau, who was given the very same title back when she was 16.
But the issue here is that while the crowd-sourced prophecy of Thylane achieving supermodel supremacy came true (she has since posed for Vogue and is now a L’Oreal Paris ambassador), Anna, like then-Thylane, is only six years old.
Thylane Blondeau was first known as the world’s most beautiful girl 10 years ago when she was six years old.
According to 9 Honey, many have slammed Ana’s mother, Anna, for posting so many pictrues of her daughter online, criticising her for letting her little girl wear make-up at such a young age.
Sure, Ana may go on to lead a career as exciting as Thylane’s is lining up to be – but remember: Ana is still only a child…
