Upstate New York looks like a scene from Disney’s Frozen judging by these incredible images of cars completely encased in thick, glistening ice reports news.com.
Temperatures were below freezing in Buffalo, New York, on Sunday night when huge winds caused Lake Erie to flood shrouding the entire area in snow and turning cars into popsicles.
One man said he left his car while he went for a drink with friends, but now it looks as though he’ll be catching the bus until summer.
ABC News reporter Matt Bove took his news team to the site and posted images.
“I don’t even know if pictures do it justice of just how insane this image is,” Bove said.
“It seems like there are several inches of thick ice around the car.”
