Heartbreaking.
A man who was driving his pregnant wife to hospital has died after he crashed his car.
American Tony Schmucker, 37, had a medical episode which caused him to veer off the road and crash into a boulder and tree, 9 News reports.
The car was also carrying his wife Jill and their two sons, who fortunately only left with minor injuries.
Their third son was delivered safely via emergency C-section, however Mr Schmucker did not survive.
A GoFundMe page has since been set up to raise money for the family.
