Carrie Fisher’s mother Debbie Reynolds passes away, age 84

Debbie's son, Todd Fisher, says "she's with Carrie" now...

Just one day after her daughter, actress Carrie Fisher, died following a “cardiac episode” on a plane, “Singin’ In The Rain” star Debbie Reynolds has passed away.

TMZ are reporting that Todd Fisher has confirmed the death of his 84-year-old mother, who is said to have died due to a stroke.

Debbie was reportedly at Todd’s Beverly Hills home organising Carrie’s funeral when she suffered the stroke.

Someone at the Beverly Hills home called 911, with the actress being rushed to hospital where she later lost her life.

This is yet another devastating blow for those who know and love Debbie, including her son and Carrie’s brother, executive producer Todd and Carrie’s actress daughter Billie Lourd.

Our thoughts are with Debbie’s and Carrie’s friends and families during this heartbreakingly difficult time.
