Anyone in Chermside, Brisbane, hoping for a quiet trip to Coles on Sunday was in for a rude awakening as two men broke into a savage fight in front of the dairy aisle of the supermarket.
The shocking and violent confrontation was captured on video, with one of the men seeming to say to the other, “You came at me, bro, you got kids, bro.”
A man appears to step in and attempt to break up the fight between the men, while a woman threatens to call the police if the others don’t leave.
“I’m calling the police if you don’t leave, I’m calling the police.”
Footage of the fight was captured and shared on social media.
When it looks as if the brawl is almost over, a woman begins yelling about what sounds like her “chain.”
“Give me my chain,” a woman can be heard yelling.
“He’s got my chain!”
The footage was shared online by a bystander named Richard Harding, and it quickly went viral.
Queensland Police told Dailymail.co.uk that while they had been called to the scene at 3 pm on April 15th, there was “no complaint from either party.”
No one has been able to confirm what happened to start the fight between the two men.
