Donald Trump under fire for mocking physically disabled reporter at rally

Presidential candidate Donald Trump has copped criticism after he mocked a physically disabled journalist at one of his US rallies.

IN the latest of a series of increasingly bizarre stunts, US presidential candidate Donald Trump has mocked a disabled reporter for his appearance.

Politio reports that Trump waved his hands maniacally around his head, made his mouth into a slack-jaw, and held his fist in a claw near his chest, in an attempt to mock a reporter who has physical disabilities.

Trump has been under fire in recent days for saying that thousands of Muslims celebrated on roof tops after the September 11 terrorists attacks.

He bases the claim on a report by journalist Serge Kovaleski that appeared in the Washington Post. shortly after the attacks. Serge wrote that ‘police detained a number of people who were allegedly seen celebrating the attacks.”

Serge Kovaleski is pictured on the left.

Serge, who has limited movement in his arms, now says the report was never substantiated.

Trump attacked Serge in his speech, saying: “Now the poor guy—you ought to see the guy: ‘Uhh I don’t know what I said. I don’t remember,'” while mocking his appearance.

“The sad part about it is, it didn’t in the slightest bit jar or surprise me that Donald Trump would do something this low-rent, given his track record,” Serge told the New York Post.
