EXCLUSIVE: Terri bans Bindi Irwin’s next TV move

Bindi Irwin and Chandler Powell have been approached about their own reality TV show!

According to a source, they’ve been offered a multi-million dollar deal to star in a Newlyweds-style series.

“They want them to set up home together in Florida [Chandler’s home] and get engaged in the first season, which will culminate in their wedding,” says the insider.

“Then in Season Two they want Bindi to get pregnant.”

While Chandler, 20, is said to be “gung-ho” about taking part, 18-year-old Bindi’s mum Terri, 52, thinks it would be a mistake.

“Terri is freaking out at the thought of Bindi rushing into marriage and having kids – and regretting it later.”

There’s no denying the Wildlife Warrior is a natural in front of the camera.

In fact, Bindi pretty much grew up on our TV screens as we watched her and her late father Steve Irwin on The Crocodile Hunter.

Before she took out the US series of Dancing With The Stars in 2015, Bindi had a slew of spin-off shows to her name including Bindi, the Jungle Girl, Steve Irwin: He Changed Our World and several acting gigs on films like Return to Nim’s Island and Free Willy: Escape from Pirate’s Cove.

Bindi admits she’s open to staying in the spotlight – as long as it’s keeping Steve’s legacy alive.

“I think that for me I have always had that real drive to carry on in dad’s footsteps and make sure our conservation work reaches as many people and as many wild places,” she told the Brisbane Times last year.

“I really want to expand on everything . Our work at the zoo, our work with Wildlife Warriors and hopefully reach out to even more people and do even bigger things.

“I think it’s really important, so whether it is writing a book or acting in a movie, or whatever, I am excited to be taking on more projects in the future that can share that message.”
