Win two luxury villas in resort locale Noosa Heads

Enter the draw for your chance to win the ultimate resort lifestyle, valued at $6.3 million.

Noosa Heads conjures up images of white sand beaches, glamorous beachside restaurants, boutique-lined streets, and lush rainforests. For travellers, it’s a dream holiday destination. And for many others, it’s home.

This year, the RSL Art Union charity is giving away two beautiful villas in this sought-after resort village. The side-by-side homes come complete with spectacular views of Lake Weyba and boast proximity to some of Australia’s best restaurants. For just five dollars a ticket in Draw 403, the ultimate Noosa Heads lifestyle could become your reality, too.

About the villas

Besides stunning lake views, both villas offer access to the complex’s resort facilities, including pool, gym, restaurant, providore and more. Not to mention it’s a short drive from Hastings Street restaurants, bars, and shops, as well as Noosa’s Main Beach and stunning National Park.

The other drawcard? Award-winning restaurant Alba Noosa is located within the resort’s grounds. In celebration of the prize homes lotteries, celebrated chef and operator of Alba Noosa, Peter Kuruvita, has teamed up with the RSL Art Union to launch Draw 403.

“The kitchen is fully equipped for the home chef and the best part about these villas is that they sit right at the doorstep of my restaurant, Alba Noosa,” Kuruvita says. “Noosa truly is a foodie paradise, and these villas offer the best of resort living. The kitchen comes complete with all the trimmings, such as a Vintec wine fridge and an oven with self-opening doors.”

As for the finer details, the first villa is 336 square metres with four bedrooms, three bathrooms (and a powder room), two car garage, and private pool. It’s fully styled with $164,250 worth of furniture and appliances.

The second villa includes four bedrooms, three bathrooms (and a powder room), two car garage, and access to the shared pool, spanning 312 square metres. It also comes fully styled with $159,782 worth of furniture and appliances.

Intimate dining experience with chef Kuruvita

Following the draw, the winner will have the opportunity to be involved in an experience to welcome them into their new home: an intimate dining experience within their new property for eight of their closest friends. This dining experience will be featured in the media promotion of future draws, and includes a three-course meal cooked by Kuruvita showcasing menu items from Alba Noosa.

“RSL Art Union prize homes provide an opportunity to change your lifestyle. Noosa offers some of the best restaurants in the world, including my restaurant and cooking school, Alba Noosa, Alba Noosa – which is located literally at the doorstep of this prize home. I’ll be preparing a three-course meal in one of these villas for the winner and their family to enjoy,” the chef says.

About the charity

In 2023, the RSL Art Union will be delivering ten prize home lotteries and offering over $60 million worth of prizes to its customers. Most importantly, each draw will raise funds to support veterans and their families.

Kuruvita says: “You could be the new owner of two luxury properties if you purchase a ticket to RSL Art Union’s Draw 403 prize home lottery for just five dollars. All proceeds go to a good cause too, so you’re a winner as soon as you get a ticket.”

The draw is set to be announced on the 8th March, 2023. For your chance to win, enter here: https://www.rslartunion.com.au/prizes/draw403
