These luxury sheets are made from recycled coffee and will help you sleep

Who knew coffee could help you sleep?

There’s nothing cosier than snuggling up in crisp, fresh sheets, especially in winter.

Now there’s a way to get keep that fresh feeling longer – coffee bedding.

Bear with us here. It may seem counterintuitive but in this case, coffee really can help you sleep better.

Ettitude is an Australian retailer making luxury bedding with more sustainable materials in a bid to get us all sleeping “smarter”.

The current range from Ettitude uses a signature “bamboo Lyocell fabric” and after a successful Kickstarter campaign, the company will soon be introducing Bamboo Coffee Bedding.

The range is labelled as a “new high-performance, sustainable bedding that absorbs odor and drys faster than any other bedding in the world to avoid the growth of bacteria – saving you time, water and electricity.”

Plus, it looks pretty damn nice too.

Using coffee is not only a great way to recycle waste, but it also allows the bedding to stay fresher for longer by neutralising odours and wicking out moisturise.

The bedding will be available to purchase in November of this year, and sets will retail from $150 – $280. There will also be family packs available, featuring two fitted sheets, two flat sheets, two duvet covers and four pillow cases for $900.
