The Block’s Shelley Craft’s Bryon Bay mansion sells at a $100k loss

But, don't worry, she still made a cool $1.5 million.

It seems even celebrities aren’t safe from Australia’s flagging property market.

The Block’s charismatic host, Shelley Craft, has just sold her luxury mini-mansion in Byron Bay for a cool $1.5 million. The only problem? Her selling price is about $110,000 less than what she paid for it.

The five bedroom, three bathroom house is situated in the trendy suburb of Ewingsdale, just a stone’s throw away from Byron’s iconic beaches. The house boasts gas-heated decking, a state-of-the-art kitchen, a huge backyard and a pool that could be confused with a small lake.

It even has its own name: The Rise.

Craft, who moved into the house in 2010, had previously attempted to bag $2 million for the place, but it was not to be. After a long and painful stint on the market, the house was snapped up at $1.5 million.

Craft, 39, and her cameraman husband, Christian Sergiacomi, lived in the house with their two daughters, Milla, 5, and Eadie, 3.

Not one to let a measly $110,000 slow her down, Craft and her husband just purchased a brand new $2.05 million house right around the corner in McLeods Shoot.

Oh, the lives of the rich and famous.

The Rise sits on top of its very own hill, with stunning views of Byron Bay.

With a top-floor master bedroom and hardwood flooring, the house is just about picture perfect.

The house boasts a state-of-the-art kitchen.

As well as being situated in its own cul-de-sac.

Featuring mostly white interiors, the house is light-filled and bright.

And (as you can see), its surrounded by lush, green bush.
