Kylie’s Aussie mansion

Kylie Minogue is rumoured to be taking up residence in a palatial Coogee pad fit for a pop princess.

Singer Kylie Minogue is rumoured to be setting up camp in one of Sydney’s most exquisite beachside mansions while she assumes her role as a judge on The Voice.

The $7 million palatial Coogee pad seems like a good fit for the pop princess with six lavish bedrooms, five bathrooms and several open plan living areas and a modern outdoor entertaining area complete with a pool.

While classy Kylie couldn’t be more removed from the folks on Geordie Shore, the English hell-raisers actually lived in the sprawling beachside home while they filmed their series Down Under.

The property also features a gym, garage, and a studio and the 45-year-old can get her much needed beauty sleep in a massive master bedroom, which boasts incredible ocean views.

While appearing on Channel Nine, fellow judge Ricky Martin had nothing but praise for the home grown starlet and said she was a welcome addition to the reality TV competition.

“When you talk about Kylie you talk charm and charisma,” Ricky, 42, told Nine’s Mornings program.

“You can’t go wrong with Kylie. She embraces you as an artist and it’s important to feel the warmth from the coach.

“She’s a hugger. She starts talking to you and you feel the warmth – that’s Kylie Minogue.”

Perhaps with all judges getting along, Kylie might treat her fellow judges to a barbecue at her Eastern Suburbs pad during breaks in filming.

The pop princess can relax in the quiet spaces when she’s not on judging duty.

The luxurious abode is spacious with several open-plan living areas and ocean views, making it a perfect pad for the pop princess to entertain in.

The modern outdoor area comes complete with pool and barbecue.

We’re sure the neighbours will be keen to spy the pint-sized pop star hanging out in their local area.

Kylie with her fellow TV judges Joel Madden, Ricky Martin and will.i.am ahead of the show’s Sunday, May 4 premiere.
