According to figures released by Domain.com, the average cost median in Sydney is now sitting at a whopping $1,000,616.

In a 11.7 per cent rise over 12 months, Sydney’s house prices are now more expensive than in London, and is fast catching up to New York.

Thankfully, it is still a ways behind Paris.
