Sticking to that healthy eating plan just got a whole lot easier thanks to the new Aussie Bodies Lo Carb Whip’d protein bars. With a unique fudge-textured centre, the bars ‘whip’d’ formula makes for a lighter-tasting protein bar.

Essential for building muscle, protein has been proven to increase the metabolism and help stave off hunger. Low in sugar and carbs, the new Lo Carb Whip’d protein bars were put to the test by Trial Team‘s online members, scoring an impressive 4/5 stars.

Don’t be deterred by bad-tasting protein bars you’ve tried — 82 percent of people who’ve tried the Aussie Bodies Lo Carb Whip’d bars agree they taste better than other protein bars they’ve had before. With four delicious ice-cream flavours (including choc mint and boysenberry – yum!), there’s plenty of variety. 80 percent of those who trialled the bars would even choose one over a sweet treat — now that’s saying something.

Don’t just take our word for it, take a look at some of the bar’s raving reviews:

“Wow these bars are just delicious! I’m often too lazy or struggle to find something to make to eat so end up snacking. I am no stranger to protein bars, often relying on them to tide me over until I find something to make/eat but these have exceeded all expectations! I have to say, these bars are so tasty I would consider buying them for dessert rather than just snacking as I have a sweet tooth and am often searching for something to eat after dinner. These to me, are the perfect before bed snack with almost no sugar and if you’re like me, they will prevent you from eating naughty foods and ruining all the healthy eating you’ve done all day. The portion size is small but don’t be deceived, it is enough to fill you up and keep you satisfied. The whipped texture is lovely and creamy! Like, really nice!! It is kind of like ice cream without the calories!! Because it’s whipped it means they are not bulky or too heavy like some protein bars can be, but they’re still filling! I was also pleased that they didn’t make me feel bloated either. Just nice and full. Oftentimes protein bars are filled with sugar which kind of defeats the purpose if you think about it. These are not only high in protein but are low carb as well! And they have hardly any sugar! It’s great!! I really enjoyed trying the different flavours. They were all delicious. It’s great to know there is a decent variety so you are unlikely to get bored of just one or two.”

“Delicious bars!! I liked most of the flavours in this range, but Boysenberry was my favourite overall. I like to have something sweet after dinner, but I always feel bad if I eat chocolate or biscuits every night. The great thing about these bars was that they helped to satisfy my sugar cravings, but because they’re healthier than normal chocolate/biscuits I didn’t feel bad about eating it! The boysenberry flavour was sweet enough to make me feel like I was eating a nice dessert, but it also had a nice bit of fruitiness to it, which meant it wasn’t too rich/sickly sweet. I liked the texture of the whipped centre and also thought the bar was a good size for a post-dinner treat – not too small that you feel like you need more, but also not too big that you feel like a pig if you eat the whole thing. Overall I really enjoyed this trial and am happy that I’ve now discovered something that I can eat when I feel like something sweet but don’t want to feel bad about eating it afterwards.
