Congratulations to reality TV couple Chris and Jenna Susetio!
Woman’s Day can EXCLUSIVELY reveal that the former Blockheads are expecting their first child together, and they couldn’t be happier!
“It’s been so hard keeping it a secret,” Jenna said.
The lovebirds from Cambelltown in Sydney’s south western suburbs were hoping to make the exciting announcement on TV during the auctions, where they took home more than $300,000, but backed out at the last minute.
“We had a few opportunities to announce it on the night, and we kind of wanted to because the auction was really sad this year,” explains Chris; “but it was still really early and Jen hadn’t reached the 12-week mark so we didn’t want to risk it.
“We told the other contestants once the cameras turned off and they were so stoked for us!”
The couple who have just returned from a romantic “babymoon” in Fiji are now preparing to welcome a much wanted new addition into their home. And will no doubt be putting their building and interior design skills to good use.
For Chris, 25, and Jenna, 27, starting a family has been on the cards for a while now.
“We were ready to have kids before The Block, but when we made it on the show, we couldn’t turn it down,” admits Chris.
The bubbly couple admits they’ll more than likely find out the gender of the baby, but will keep it a secret.
