There was something spine-tinglingly poetic about television last night, while Sam Frost made her breathtaking return to our screens, the man who broke her heart in front of an entire nation, Blake Garvey, made a spectacular exit from the small screen.

Sam Frost captivated the country on The Bachelorette last night as she welcomed 14 gorgeous men into the same mansion that changed her life last year – but this time she’s in the driver’s seat and may we say Sam, confidence looks almost as good on you as that Aurelio Costarella gown.
Meanwhile Blake Garvey – who famously proposed to Sam on season two of The Bachelor last year, only to dump her for the second runner-up Louise – was the second person to be fired on Channel Nine’s Celebrity Apprentice.
Blake became one of the most disliked men in the country after his treatment of Sam and his appearance on Celebrity Apprentice was meant to re-brand his image, but according to one of the show’s mentors Kerri-Anne Kennerley, “I’m not sure that worked out for him,” she revealed to news.com.au.

And to make matters worse, co-star Richard Reid blasted the Perth local in an interview with the website saying, “I think Blake can be very manipulative and cunning and passive aggressive, he’ll say one thing in a passive way and then when he doesn’t get what he wants, he can be very aggressive.”
During his short stint on the show, the former Bachelor came under fire for many reasons and it looks like his actions quickly caught up to him.

While Blake is left licking his wounds, 26-year-old Sam was the belle of the ball as she was surrounded by handsome men vying for her attention on The Bachelorette.
Although being in the Bachelor mansion brought back some teary memories for the Melbourne-born beauty, she revealed that she’s finally found love thanks to that show. During a teaser for the series at the end of the first episode, Sam could be heard telling a mystery man that she had fallen in love with them.
But for now, her lips are sealed! “It’s been so hard not to talk about it. I’m very happy,” she said to news.com.au.
“I’m really looking forward to the point now where I can move on and start a new chapter with someone who is more deserving,” she added.
