EXCLUSIVE: The Block’s Elyse Knowles shares her secret weapon to a hot bod - Bachelor pal Sam Wood!

Not only is the model killing it on The Block right now, but she's also slaying in the gym. And we would be too if we had her little secret up our sleeves.

Surprise! 2015 Bachelor Sam Wood has been making sure that Elyse's health was still a priority during filming.
Let’s face it, The Block’s bubbly blonde contender Elyse Knowles is a freak of nature when it comes to her enviable model body.
To make us even more jealous, the stunner reveals she kept in tip-top shape while on the gruelling renovation show by working out with her trainer pal, 2015’s Bachelor Sam Wood.
Elyse makes working out look like a piece of cake when the reality is, she works damn hard for that bod.
“He is very tough,” laughs the 24-year-old of her buff Bachie fitness coach. “But [with him] you know you’re going to go in, you’re going to get the job done and you’re going to walk out hurting, sweating and feeling amazing. That’s all I want in a workout.”
While on the build, the stunner would hit Sam’s gym, The Woodshed, which is a stone’s throw away from the site of the 13th series of The Block, whenever she had the chance.

“I go crazy when I don’t work out. Sam helped me all the way through [the show], both physically and mentally,” shares the beauty, who is competing on the series with her carpenter boyfriend Josh Barker, 28.
As for her choice of workout, Elyse admits she prefers weights over cardio any day.
“I really love weight sessions. You feel the burn, and you feel the burn a day later,” she tells.
Making light work of a giant tyre, like a boss!
The Melbourne maven fuels her training with lots of fresh food, and insists she doesn’t diet.
“I just eat healthy, raw produce with as many vegies and fruit as possible, with lots of fish,” she tells.
So, how does Elyse rate as a client? Dad-to-be Sam, 37, who will welcome his first child with fiancée Snezana Markoski in October, is impressed.
“She’s super-fit and she’s a pleasure to train,” he tells.
No surprises there!
