The Melbourne-based personal trainer was snapped splashing about at the stunning NSW coastal beach, without a worry in the world (love will do that to person!)
The fitness-enthusiast did a live chat Q&A on News.com where he touched on keeping shape.
One fan of the show asked Sam, “Are you a carb-dodger? Don’t try to tell me you drink beer and eat pasta and still have a six pack. Also are you contractually obliged to remove your shirt each episode?”
Sam responded: “No I love a beer – everything in moderation of course! Re the shirt, ha ha – not part of the contract, but great question!”
While another viewer asked, “Hi Sam, love your work on the show, just wondered if you ever do Yoga or Pilates to get the physique you have?”
“I do yoga once a week and still as flexible as a bathroom tile! I head down to Humming Puppy – it’s the best!” he replied.
The finale is just days away and Sam Wood has already revealed to The Sydney Morning Herald he has found the one!
“It’s a combination of mystery and frustration,” the handsome 35-year-old began.
“You’d just like to be able to introduce each other to your friends and be out in public and just be as normal as you could be,” he told the newspaper.
Sam also explained that even his close knit family are completely unaware of which girl has stolen his heart.
But it’s clear the workout guru couldn’t be happier. We couldn’t tell what was brighter, the sunny weather or his sunny disposition!
