Whilst gearing up for the Royal Wedding extravaganza, the Woman’s Day team decided enough was enough.

They wanted to get healthy, lose a bit of weight and look as good as those royal wedding guests!

So four weeks ago, Woman’s Day Editor-in-Chief Fi, Associate Editor Kochy, Lifestyle Director Kristie and Food Editor Sarah started on the Weight Watchers Your Way+ program, which is all about fitting into your lifestyle, not dictating what you can eat.

So far we’ve heard about the team’s motivations for getting healthier, as well as seeing how they’re going half-way through, but now it’s time for the big results: how well did it work in terms of helping the team create healthy habits and achieve their goals?

In our third and final video of the series, the team share the biggest benefits — and surprises — they noticed whilst being on the WW Your Way+ program. From Fi’s relief that she could still have wine and cheese on Friday nights (yay!) to Kristie’s new relationship with carbs (yes, carbs!), the program helped the Woman’s Day team kick some serious health and weight loss goals and find some new widweek dinner inspo, too.
