In case you missed it, the Woman’s Day team are on a mission: A health mission.

Keen to get healthier, lose weight and feel fitter and fab, Editor-in-Chief Fi, Associate Editor Kochy, Lifestyle Director Kristie and Food Editor Sarah are road-testing the new Weight Watchers Your Way+ program — which is all about fitting into your lifestyle, not restricting foods and fun; something that definitely appealed to the team with their hectic schedules.

With the guys gearing up for the Royal Wedding, that means late nights at the office (hello snacks), on-the-go lunches and added temptations like Windsor Castle-worthy cakes. Could be challenging, but Weight Watchers Your Way+ does promise freedom and flexibility.

Last week, the team shared their goals and motivations for signing up — watch the video here — this week, in the second of our three-part series, we’re getting into the nitty gritty from road testing the barcode scanner in the Weight Watchers app, to trialling group and online coaching and experimenting with the many zero Points foods on offer. Watch as they get to grips with the plan: Does it work? Is it really as flexible as it says? Have they lost weight? Is it hard? What are they eating?

Hit play on the video above to find out all the answers in Part 2 and see how the team are tracking, who’s already lost some weight and what’s surprised them about the program so far.

Stay tuned for their final conclusions, future plans and transformations next time!

Food Editor Sarah is loving that dumplings and salted caramel popcorn are still on the menu!
