Victoria’s Secret comes under fire for ‘Perfect Body’ ad

It's a world famous lingerie brand that has some of the world's fittest models in its shows, but Victoria's Secret has come under fire for their latest campaign.

The words ‘The Perfect “Body”‘ imposed over a picture of 10 super slim models dressed in underwear has prompted a widespread backlash on social media and the hashtag #iamperfect on Twitter.

“No such thing as a perfect body, @VictoriasSecret. Please, stop perpetuating this myth. Only harmful. #iamperfect” Anna A. Wilson wrote on Twitter.

There’s also a Change.org petition asking Victoria’s Secret to withdraw the ad and apologise. It has already attracted close to 20,000 signatures.
