It's hard to believe that Anna Heinrich, the bubbly blonde who found love with Tim Robards on the first season of The Bachelor Australia, feels guilty about anything.
The 30-year-old criminal lawyer is always all-smiles on the red carpet and on Instagram, where she regularly shares snaps of herself enjoying the sunshine, keeping active with her fiancé and hanging out with her two sisters.
But that doesn't make her immune to guilt.
Like the majority of Australian women — who, on average, feel guilty up to five times a day; typically about not exercising enough and eating unhealthily — Anna confesses to feeling guilty. Her vice? You guessed it... chocolate. She evens hides her wrappers from fiancé Tim Robards and buys a replacement bar so he's none the wiser!
If that sounds like a familiar story, we're not surprised — according to a recent National Guilt & Health Survey commissioned by Aussie Bodies, 72 percent of Australian women feel bad about eating chocolate, making it our guiltiest food by far. Keen to find out what other food guilt was plaguing Aussie women, Anna joined forces with Aussie Bodies Lo Carb Whip'd Protein Bars to ask the question.
Hit play above to see Anna talking all things guilt and find out why (and how) she's calling a truce and pulling the plug on her post-choccie remorse.
