In February 2016, Samantha Robb weighed 99kg after an incurable autoimmune disease required her to take large amounts of steroids. Now 63.2kg, Sam has reached her goal weight. How? With the help of Weight Watchers’ No Count plan. “I love it. I feel so much healthier from eating a lot less processed foods. I also love that I never feel hungry because the foods that I am eating keep me full for longer. I also love not having to count points,” Sam tells Now To Love, adding that she has since been able to reduce her medication as a result of her healthier lifestyle.
