The KIIS FM radio host is currently living it up on her Fijian family holiday, but over the last six months she has dropped an impressive 10kg and is flaunting her svelte figure on Instagram.
Jackie's weight loss journey kick started when she was weighed before being allowed to board a helicopter on another holiday earlier this year, but seeing the number on the scales horrified her.
"I was mortified to see I was the heaviest I had ever been. It didn't help that I was on my way to a tropical paradise. I basically wore a kaftan the whole time and felt crap about myself," she says.

So how does she do it? Well it's all about realistic goals and reducing portion sizes.
"I wanted whatever changes I was making to be sustainable and didn't want to deprive myself of everything," she revealed in an interview last month. "I no longer crave bad foods and my portion sizes are very small compared to what they used to be.
"I've finally reprogrammed my brain when it comes to food, and I feel a whole lot better about myself, too. Not only can I fit into my old clothes, but I have a lot more energy."
