Robbie Williams launches men’s fashion line

Robbie Williams has put his music career on the back-burner to focus on his new “full-time” passion – his new men’s clothing line Farrell.

Named after his grandfather Jack Farrell, the line is thoroughly British and seriously trendy, taking our fashion team completely by surprise.

The collection, designed in collaboration with former Burberry design director Ben Dickens, will be sold in David Jones and caters to men who like “a bit of snap” in their clothing.

It features versatile and classic wardrobe staples including trench coats, three-piece suits and pleated shorts and trousers.

The brand is inspired by Robbie’s grandfather Jack Farrell.

It launched in the UK in September 2011 to rave reviews.

The label focuses on classic and versatile wardrobe staples.

It will be sold in Australia exclusively in David Jones.

The brand’s motto is “Wear it in, wear it out”.

The clothing is renowned for its impeccable tailoring.

The Spring/Summer 2013 collection is called ‘For a Year and a Day’.

David Jones is “delighted” to welcome the brand into the Australian market.

Robbie has said his music is taking a backseat as he focuses of Farrell.
