Meghan made a rare appearance this week – and if you missed it… well, we’d be surprised.

Ever known for her impeccable fashion sense, Meghan’s pre-filmed appearance at the televised Vax Live concert was made all the better by one of her best, and brightest ensembles to date.

The royal wore a beautiful Carolina Herrera poppy print shirt dress for the special clip, in which she shared impassioned words about supporting women through the global pandemic.

“I believe it’s critical that our recovery prioritises the health, safety and success of everyone, and particularly women who have been disproportionately affected by this pandemic. Women, and especially women of color, have seen a generation of economic gain wiped out,” she told the camera.

She added of her own pregnancy: “My husband and I are thrilled to soon be welcoming a daughter. It’s a feeling of joy we share with millions of other families around the world. When we think of her, we think of all the young women and girls around the globe who must be given the ability and support to lead us forward.”

While her bump was not visible in the clip, her outfit certainly was – and the bold and bright print was not the only one of its kind.

Indeed, you’ll have no doubt come across several popular celebrities rocking the vibrant style over the past few months – and Australia’s golden women of television are leading the way.

There was another new mum Sylvia Jeffreys, who, like Meghan, is all for a touch of red in her outfit of the day.

Then there was Carrie Bickmore – her take on the bright trend went a little more peachy.

The mum-of-three wore a gorgeous Sass + Bide dress on The Project this week, sending us and many others into an internet search frenzy attempting to find our own red-peach look.

And of course, we can’t forget back on the other side of the world Meghan’s royal counterpart Duchess Catherine, who wore a gorgeous bright red coat on the release day of her collaborative photography book, Hold Still.

The stunning 39-year-old’s beautiful Eponine button-down coat dress made a perfect, vibrant statement.
