Hamish Blake is a household name in these parts, but it’s his mum that we can’t stop talking about right now.
Oh yes, the woman is technically responsible for giving us constant belly laughs on Hamish & Andy, endless hilarious lockdown Zoom content and a children’s birthday cake extraordinaire.
But now, more directly this time around, she has delivered another gem to us fashion-minded folk. And we could not be more grateful.
The formidable Kerry Blake, Hamish’s mum and Zoe Foster-Blake’s mother-in-law, appeared in a new picture on Instagram recently.
In a sight to behold, clothing company Nagnata, based in Byron Bay and specialising in sustainable activewear, shared an image of Kerry decked out in their oh-so-luxe apparel.
In the caption, the brand wrote: “If only all mother in-laws were this cool @zotheysay @grandybo1 pilates queen rocking the Organic Cotton Colour Block Rib Sweater + Merino Lounge Leggings 👑 💜”
You can’t fault the 80s-esque colour blocked ensemble.
With purple, green and black, the outfit is perfectly matched – an unintentional (yet glorious) ode to our lockdown style mood board.
We’re not the only ones obsessed with Kerry’s style.
Zoe Foster-Blake herself took to the comments to voice her admiration.
“@grandybo1 you’re a STAR!” She wrote next to the picture.
“Outfit ENVY,” wrote another.
Even Kerry’s daughter Sophie got involved, writing: “Mum you’re famous! (And fabulous 💜💚)”.
Kerry has clearly given her kids some good old-fashioned fashion inspiration…

In an interview with The Australian Women’s Weekly back in 2012, Kerry admitted Hamish’s most regrettable quality was “grottiness”.
Guess Hamish’s wicked sense of humour isn’t an accident, either!
