These Disney Princess-inspired wedding gowns are positively dreamy

We are obsessed!

Disney is encouraging brides to let their fairytale dreams come true and say ‘I do’ in a gown that captures the essence of their favourite Disney princess.

For years Alfred Angelo has been the fashion designer charged with bringing the iconic Disney princess character’s signature looks to real-life in his dreamy bridal gowns.

This year marks Disney’s 25th anniversary in the bridal business and for his most recent showing at New York International Bridal Week Angelo introduced two more princess-inspired looks for his Spring 2017 collection.

Gowns inspired by Mulan and Pocahontas have been dropped into the upcoming collection as well as revamped classics inspired by cartoon beauties, Cinderella and Belle.

Disney has also announced that the Magic Kingdom would become available as a wedding venue after hours and guests will be able to enjoy a fully customised reception.

“As we celebrate 25 years of love, magic and happily ever after, we wanted to craft new offerings that would help make this our most enchanted year to date,” Korri McFann, marketing director for Disney’s Fairy Tale Weddings & Honeymoons said in a statement.
