All eyes were on the stunning power couple as they made a very glamorous entrance to the VIP event.
The couple were attending a welcome dinner for the Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau as he embarks on his official visit to the United States.
Canadian actor Ryan, 39, cut a handsome figure in a Burberry navy tux, white shirt and bow-tie.
But it was his wife Blake, 28, who stole the show. The Gossip Girl star looked a vision in a pastel blue silk gown by Ralph & Russo, which featured a cinched in waist, shoulder cut-outs and a dramatic slit up the leg.
Blake finished off her show-stopping ensemble with a pair of purple dangly earrings, a matching ring and a sparkly silver clutch. While her trademark blonde locks were blow-dried to perfection.

In the past, Blake has claimed she doesn’t use a stylist.
“It’s such a passion of mine. That’s the reason I don’t have a stylist, not because I think I can do it better than any of these people, but because I just love it so much that it would be like handing over something,” she told People of her enviable fashion choices back in 2014.
She added: “It would be like making a cake and then handing it off to someone else to ice and decorate. Why would you do that?”
