Scariest TV show ever?

By TV Week team
Horror fans rejoiced when Netflix announced a new series would be premiering in spooky month, we mean, "October".
The Haunting of Hill House boasts an all-star cast in this re-imagining of Shirley Jackson's classic novel of the same name. And the show is certainly living up to the hype!
The series follows the Crain family, who moved in to an old (haunted) mansion in the summer of 1992. It jumps between the paranormal occurrences and experience of that time, and the current day repercussions.
The incredible cast includes Michiel Huisman (Game of Thrones), Carla Gugino (San Andreas), Elizabeth Reaser (Twilight), Kate Siegel (Hush), Henry Thomas (E.T.), Victoria Pedretti (Sole) and Oliver Jackson-Cohen (The Secret River).
The show has quickly won a legion of fans, with its as-creepy-as-promised series debut being the talk of the town on social media.
From those who need to sleep with the light on, to others who have been left emotionally drained, here are some of the reactions from terrified viewers on Twitter...
The Haunting of Hill House is currently streaming on Netflix.
