They spent 12 weeks renovating on The Block this season. But Ronnie, 41, and Georgia, 33, are still hard at work.
Chatting to TV WEEK, Georgia says the pair has been busier than ever since filming of the popular reality show and has a few projects up their sleeves.
The Block couple are ready to get back into renovating.
“Without a doubt, the biggest thing that has happened to us since the show is signing with Channel Nine,” Georgia, reveals.
“We’ve been brought on board to share our love for renovating with Australia where we talk all things styling, offer practical admits and lots of how to tutorials. And it wouldn’t be true Ronnie and Georgie without a couple of barnies along the way,” the mother-of-two laughs, adding they will also soon launch their own website.
“It will document our renovations, plus much much more. Watch this space.”
Turns out that’s not the only exciting news Georgia has to share, revealing the couple would love to host their own renovating show.
“That would seriously be a dream come true,” Georgia says.
“We absolutely loved working together on The Block, so to work together on our very own renovating show would be amazing. To get to that point, we understand we have to work exceptionally hard, but if there’s one thing we know for sure, we’ve never been afraid of hard work.”
So which fellow blockheads do they still keep in touch with? Well, it’s no surprise that they haven’t spoken to winners Elyse and Josh for quite some time.
“We speak with Jason and Sarah and Hannah and Clint,” Georgia says.
And as for plans for 2018 – Georgia says Ronnie is focused on getting in shape.
“I think he’s aspiring to be the next Ninja Warrior. Not even joking,” she laughs.
