You may know him best for his role as Andy Barrett from Home And Away, but Tai Hara has a slew of roles under his belt, most of which are relatively recent.
The star has certainly been keeping busy, in both his career and his private life. Tai is set to welcome baby number two with his wife, singer Fely Irvine, after announcing the pregnancy in September this year.
The pair are already proud parents to their two-year-old daughter Chi, who can’t wait to be a big sister if Fely’s recent Instagram posts are anything to go by.
Certainly, Tai’s life has changed drastically over the past few years since becoming a father, saying goodbye to Home And Away in 2016 and moving on to bigger roles.
Here, we’ve gathered everything the actor has appeared in over the last year or two, including the highly-anticipated series Colin from Accounts, which you can find out more about here.

Most recently, Tai has taken on the role of James in the upcoming romantic comedy, Colin from Accounts, which will be ready to stream on BINGE from December 1, 2022.
Speaking to TV WEEK at the world premiere event, Tai shared his take on Colin from Accounts and where it fills the gap in the world of rom-com.
“It’s just got some real heart to it,” he said, “it’s the kind of show that’s going to catch people by surprise because we haven’t seen such strong Australian comedy in such a long time.”
“Patrick [Brammall] and Harriet [Dyer], have done such amazing job respectively, but to bring a show like this to life is just such a fun thing to be a part,” he added.

Underbelly: Vanishing Act
Underbelly: Vanishing Act is the first fictional adaptation of the Melissa Caddick case, where she completely disappeared in 2020 after allegedly embezzling over $40 million.
While Tai landed a big role as ASIC investigator Vincent in Underbelly: Vanishing Act, he told TV WEEK earlier in the year that his part was supposed to be much bigger.
“Unfortunately, before my last week of shooting, I was deemed a close contact,” Tai said at the time. “So that meant some things had to be rewritten, and I had to isolate from the cast and crew.”
The series aired in April 2022, and is available to stream on 9Now and Stan.
Colour Blind
Last year, Tai co-produced the web series Colour Blind, which he also wrote, directed and starred in, based on his personal experiences with film and TV casting.
“My whole reason behind creating the show was really to hold a mirror up to the industry and ask it to question its commitment to diversity,” the 32-year-old told TV WEEK.
“They’re my own personal experiences, but also the actors of colour who were involved in the series,” he said. “Everyone has these awkward and uncomfortable exchanges so many of which are really recent encounters.”
The series sparked discussions about diversity, with Tai later telling TV WEEK, “the conversation online was definitely spicy,” in April this year.
The series launched on November 22 last year and is available to stream now on YouTube.

And finally, while it has been six years since Tai has graced the shores of Summer Bay, he hasn’t ruled out a return to the show as his beloved character Andy.
“I don’t know where Andy Barrett is these days,” he said. “I don’t know if he’s still in Australia or if he escaped off to somewhere else.”
“I never say never with Home And Away, I love everyone there like a family,” he added.
