Seven months after saying her goodbyes to Home And Away, Sam Frost has announced an exciting new TV venture.

On Tuesday night, Sam revealed she will be taking part in Channel Seven’s popular travel program My Road to Adventure.

“My sister, Kristine and I had the most incredible time filming this roadtrip. We love travelling, it’s so good for the soul. Especially with people you love ❤️ x” Sam wrote on Instagram.

Sam and Kristine’s special episode of the already-popular travel show will air on Sunday, July 17th at 11am on 7Two for a one-hour special.

The episode will follow Sam and Kristine as they embark on a whirlwind road trip around Victoria’s countryside – all while living in a campervan.

The former Bachelorette star shared a sneak peek of the show, where she and Kristine were seen riding horses on the beach and having a BBQ with their family.

“I’m so excited to go on this road trip – I think it’s much needed to be honest. We’re back in our hometown Melbourne, it’s great to be here but I think I’m pretty keen to get in that motorhome and get on the road and get this thing going,” Sam said in the preview.

“I love road trips, I love my family, how good’s this?!”

“Fresh air, open roads. What more do you want? We were camping in the back of vans before it became cool.

My Road to Adventure first aired in 2020 and gives an intimate insight into the secret holidaying lifesytle of some of Australia’s most loved celebrities.

Sam has already appeared on an episode of the lifestyle and travel show, which documented her holiday to Hervey Bay on the Fraser Coast in Queensland in 2020.

The 33-year-old, who is dating Survivor star Jordie Hansen, announced her departure from Home and Away in December 2021 after five years of playing Jasmine Delaney.

Her exit came after she copped backlash for announcing she wouldn’t be receiving the COVID-19 vaccine, which then became mandated for all Channel Seven employees.

Despite eventually getting the jab, Sam ultimately walked away from the show that launched her acting career.

Sam will be joined by her sister Kristine Ross.

In February this year, Sam revealed she quit her “dream job” to look after her mental health.

“I needed to take a step back, go home and be with my family, and most importantly, take good care of my health and well-being,” Sam penned on Instagram.

“I now spend the days with the people I love, doing the things I’ve always wanted to do but couldn’t because I was too busy working. I spent 4.5 years being a distant friend, a distant girlfriend, a sister who couldn’t be there for big milestone moments. Now, I’m making up for lost time.”
