Real Housewives Of Sydney star AthenaX Levendi wants her own TV show

The outspoken Real Housewives star says it’s time to go solo.

Since day one on The Real Housewives Of Sydney, AthenaX Levendi has been ruffling feathers.

Shouting at her fellow Housewives and getting them off-side, she has been a focal point of the show’s flashpoints.

Now, she’s saying she’s ready to be front and centre in her own TV show.

As we know, she’s already an artist and a jeweller – but will TV show host be added to the resume of AthenaX?

The spiritual and eccentric reality star says she’s always envisioned herself hosting her very own television show.

“I have thought about me having a platform where I’m able to talk to people, connect and inspire people,” the 40-year-old explains to TV WEEK.

AthenaX says her own lifestyle program would be a far cry from the fly-on-the-wall reality style of the Housewives franchise.

“[The RHOS producers] kept telling me, ‘Athena you’ve got to be aspirational [on the reality show],’” AthenaX explains. “But I want to be inspirational.”

However, when asked if Athena would ever consider a Keeping Up With The Kardashians-style of reality series, she jokes that she’s already picked out a name.

“Yeah! ‘A Day In The Life With AthenaX,’” she laughs.

No doubt, there’d be a few cameos from the other stars of The Real Housewives Of Sydney – with fireworks expected!

The mother-of-three says her on-screen ambitions have hardly come as a surprise to her children.

“When my kids talk about [RHOS] they say, ‘Oh yeah that’s something mum’s done, she was always going to do something in TV,’” the outspoken AthenaX says.

Meanwhile, Athena’s husband, Panos, is whole-heartedly embracing the reality show rollercoaster.

“My husband – he’s really into the fame thing. He loves it!” AthenaX smiles.

“And he loves the fact that at last his ‘so incredible’ wife is getting this platform. So he’s very proud of me and supports me in whatever I do.”
