He’ll be returning to our screens sooner than you might imagine…as the next Bachelor!

Now that he’s off the show and can FINALLY talk about his exciting new adventure.

Apollo’s ready to find love and settle down. “I’m definitely open to it. Finding someone to have by my side is important,” the 24-year-old reiterates. He was looking for something long term with Sophie and that hasn’t changed. “The dream in life is just to find that special person,” he says.

And what’s more, Apollo promises that his season “definitely won’t be boring!” He’d actually make the perfect Bachelor, having been on the other side of a rose ceremony or single date. And we are just DYING to see how sassy his Grandma Ellie would be during hometown visits!

Though his heartbreaking departure was hard to watch, Apollo assures us that he’s doing much better now. Although at the time, he definitely wasn’t dealing as well. “I was absolutely gutted,” he admits. “I was so nervous heading into that rose ceremony that I think I froze. When I was let go, I was absolutely devastated.” Stop, our hearts are breaking!

If that last rose ceremony almost left you in tears, you are definitely not alone. In fact, Apollo says even he got emotional. “There were tears. I tried to hold them in, but I couldn’t hold back,” he recalls.

We can’t get enough of Apollo Jackson… and apparently we won’t have to! This dreamboat is totally open to finding love on our TV screens.

Apollo says the entire experience, though devastating, really helped him develop as a person. “I learnt a lot about myself on there and I feel like I’ve grown a lot as a person, both emotionally and socially,” he tells OK!. “It’s taught me that at times when everything is going nuts just to remain level-headed. I think that I’ve matured a lot more through the experience.”
