Your favourite host Grant Denyer is returning to his 6pm weeknights time slot on Network 10, after hit game show Family Feud was rested in 2018.

The TV WEEK Gold Logie Award winner, who currently hosts Dancing With The Stars Australia with Amanda Keller, will be hosting Celebrity Name Game on the network later this year.

Much like Family Feud, the new series promises to leave viewers screaming answers at the television as they play along from the comfort of their home.

Grant Denyer is back in another hosting role!

Billed as the most “unpredictable” game show on television, Celebrity Name Game will see two teams of two contestants face-off in a supercharged game of charades, in the hopes of winning the $10,000 prize money.

The contestants will need to be pop-culture savvy, and know everything about the latest movies, pop stars, sports stars, politicians and more.

The teams will be able to call upon their favourite celebrity to help them win the game, with famous stars including Gogglebox’s Yvie Jones and Angie Kent, Chris & Julia’s Sunday Night Takeaway’s Beau Ryan and Dancing With The Stars’ Courtney Act also starring on the show.

Angie and Yvie will be back on our screens!

The American version of the series aired on CBS from 2014 to 2017 and was developed by Courteney Cox and David Arquette’s Coquette Productions. It was hosted by Craig Ferguson, who won two daytime Emmys for his role.

We can’t wait to see how Grant puts his spin on the series when it lands in Australia!

Celebrity Name Game will air 6.00pm weeknights, coming soon to 10 And WIN Network.
