Good news, Gogglebox fans. The hilarious reality TV series will live on for at least two more seasons!
And instead of eight episodes, the show will be expanding to 10 episodes per season in 2018.
Gogglebox captures the reactions of 11 different households to anything from news and sport, to reality and drama TV. When they laugh, we laugh, when they cry, we sob uncontrollably.
Currently in its sixth season, Gogglebox premiered in 2015 and smashed it in the ratings.
It even scored a TV WEEK Logie Award for Best Factual Program in both 2016 and 2017, and a nomination for Most Outstanding Factual or Documentary Program (2017).
"Gogglebox has been an outstanding success for Foxtel, and continues to hold the record as the number one audience in the Lifestyle channel's history," said Hannah Barnes, General Manager of the Lifestyle Group.
"Viewers clearly can't get enough of their favourite households giving their take on the week's TV, so we are thrilled to be able to confirm another two seasons for next year, and extend the length of each series," she said.
Season six saw the introduction of three new critics - Matty, his fiancée Sarah Marie and best friend Jad. The trio joined the rest of the Gogglebox family which includes the Daltons, the Jacksons, the Delpechitas, Mick and Di, Angie and Yvie, Symon and Adam, Wayne and Tom, and Faye and Anastasia.
Yesterday, at the launch of Foxtel's Now Box, some of the families got to meet for the first time!
Yvie, who joined the Jacksons and Wayne and Tom, said: We have never met before."
"It was like meeting a life-long penpal or a really good Tinder date."
You can catch Gogglebox on Wednesdays 7.30pm on Foxtel's Lifestyle and Thursdays, 8.30pm on Ten.
