From gripping dramas to your favourite reality TV guilty pleasures: Here's what's coming to Nine in 2022

It feels like 2021 just started, but Channel Nine are already preparing the goods for next year!
So what's in store for 2022? The TV channel unveiled its lineup at today's virtual upfronts and whilst we're seeing the return of some classic favourites, there are also some shiny new treats to look forward to.

Returning reality TV faves

Married At First Sight
It's the ultimate social experiment and MAFS is back for its ninth season in 2022.
Experts John Aiken, Mel Schilling and Alessandra Rampolla will all be back on screens along with a fresh batch of couples. Bring on the drama!
The Block
Can you believe this will be the reno show's 18th season? Whilst Scott Cam will be hosting once more, expect a "tree change" in 2022.
The show will head to the bush with contestants transforming a set of country houses into something spectacular.
Lego Masters
Feel-good, family favourite Lego Masters is also coming back, with Hamish Blake and judge Ryan "Brickman" McNaught in the driver's seat.
Celebrity Apprentice Australia
Lord Alan Sugar isn't going anywhere! He's back in the boardroom for more entrepreneurial challenges.
As for the contestants, you'll see author and motivational speaker Turia Pitt along with comedy radio duo Will and Woody flex their business muscles.
Beauty and the Geek
We fell in love with the 2021 contestants so we can't wait to meet the next batch of beauties and geeks.
And fear not, Sophie Monk will be with us for the entire journey.

With a new course and a new attitude, season six of Ninja Warrior will see contestants go to the next level on the world's most difficult obstacle course.

Starring but not limited to Wentworth's Kate Atkinson and Home and Away's Tai Hara, Underbelly: Vanishing Act tells the story of Melissa Caddick, who allegedly embezzled over $40 million before mysteriously disappearing.
After The Verdict
Aussie icon Magda Szubanski and Home and Away alum Lincoln Younes join forces on new drama After The Verdict which follows four very different Australians who have just finished jury duty on a high-profile murder trial and take matters into their own hands.

Love Island Australia
Love Island's third season set right here in Australia is sure to bring the goods. And more than 50,000 people applied!
Sophie Monk will be hosting once more whilst comedian Stephen Mullan is taking over as the narrator from Eoghan McDermott as narrator. Meanwhile Bachelor favourite Abbie Chatfield will host sister show Afterparty and dissect all the highs and lows with a team of celeb superfans.
Parental Guidance
If you have kids, this is a must-watch.
