Australia’s Got Talent is returning to the Seven Network in the new year!

The reality television talent show previously aired on the network from February 2007, to 2012. It had a stint on the Nine Network in 2013 and 2016.

Seven confirms the new season of the hit show is guaranteed to amaze viewers with unique, brilliant, funny and mind-blowing acts from all walks of life.

Australia’s Got Talent will see a wide range of acts showcase their talents in front of a panel of soon-to-be announced celebrity judges live theatre audience.

Former AGT stars include dance troupe Justice Crew.

TV WEEK Gold Logie Award Winner Grant Denyer previously hosted the show, while former panellists include Red Symons, Dannii Minogue, Brian McFadden, Kyle Sandilands, Dawn French and Geri Halliwell.

Channel Seven’s Director of Network Programming, Angus Ross, says the network is excited to welcome back the show.

“Family-friendly variety shows have always played an important role in Seven’s schedule and the timing feels right for the biggest of them all – AGT – to return home to Seven in 2019,” he says.

Brian McFadden, Dannii Minogue, and Kyle Sandilands hosted together in 2012.

Stars who have found fame and success via AGT include singer and dancer Timomatic, R&B singer Andrew De Silva, magician extraordinaire Cosentino and dance troupe Justice Crew.

Mark Vincent, who won the third season, is currently set to compete for a place in the Eurovision Song Contest in 2019.
