Who you gonna call? Melissa McCartney, Kristin Wiig and the cast of Ghostbusters reboot visit children’s hospital

The cast of the new Ghostbusters reboot, Melissa McCarthy, Kristen Wiig, Kate McKinnon and Leslie Jones dropped in to visit the kids at Tufts Medical Center.

Proving that they do way more than save the world, the cast of the new Ghostbusters reboot dropped in to visit the kids at Tufts Medical Center.

Melissa McCarthy, Kristen Wiig, Kate McKinnon and Leslie Jones donned their film attire as they chatted to the young patients and their loved ones.

The visit even prompted an impromptu check under beds and mock scans to make sure there weren’t any ghosts roaming through the halls.

“They were a true delight to have today,” Brooke Hynes, VP of Public Affairs and Communications for Tufts Medical Center, told E! News. “They were so kind to all the kids and their parents.”

She added, “They took their time in each room visiting children as young as a few months to teens. We cannot thank them enough for their happiness and excitement they created.”

The actresses received a ‘call’ from the kids at Tufts after they put a sign in the windows that spelled out “Who ya gonna call?”

Of course the all-female cast had to respond to the call!

The film is directed by Bridesmaids director Paul Feig with an expected release in July next year.

And it looks like we’ll be seeing some familiar faces with Dan Aykroyd tweeting (and deleting): “On GB set shooting my scene with funny beautiful Kristen Wiig lady GB’S are adorable, hilarious and badass Exhilarating! #ghostbusters.”

And we just adore the look of these four ladies.

Looking all kinds of cool! The director shared the first look of his four golden girls. The cast decked out in jumpsuits resembling the outfits worn by the original back in 1984.

The originals: Harold Ramis, Ernie Hudson, Bill Murray and Dan Aykroyd . They have big shoes to fill… but something tells us Melissa and the gals will be just fine!

Kristen Wiig as Erin Gilbert, a published author on the subject of the paranormal and professor at Columbia University

Melissa McCarthy as Abby Yates, who co-authored the book with Erin.

Kate McKinnon as Jillian Holtzmann, Abby’s new partner.

Leslie Jones as Patty Tolan, an NYC subway worker who stumbles across the main supernatural threat in the film. She becomes a new member of the team

The film is already underway and it looks like it will be a delight!

The ladies have been called and need to go save the world!
