Proving that they do way more than save the world, the cast of the new Ghostbusters reboot dropped in to visit the kids at Tufts Medical Center.
Melissa McCarthy, Kristen Wiig, Kate McKinnon and Leslie Jones donned their film attire as they chatted to the young patients and their loved ones.
The visit even prompted an impromptu check under beds and mock scans to make sure there weren't any ghosts roaming through the halls.
"They were a true delight to have today," Brooke Hynes, VP of Public Affairs and Communications for Tufts Medical Center, told E! News. "They were so kind to all the kids and their parents."
She added, "They took their time in each room visiting children as young as a few months to teens. We cannot thank them enough for their happiness and excitement they created."
The actresses received a ‘call’ from the kids at Tufts after they put a sign in the windows that spelled out "Who ya gonna call?"
Of course the all-female cast had to respond to the call!
The film is directed by Bridesmaids director Paul Feig with an expected release in July next year.
And it looks like we’ll be seeing some familiar faces with Dan Aykroyd tweeting (and deleting): "On GB set shooting my scene with funny beautiful Kristen Wiig lady GB'S are adorable, hilarious and badass Exhilarating! #ghostbusters."
