Home and Away stars Georgie Parker and Emily Symons lead the tributes to Ray Meagher on his birthday

It's always a special occasion when a member of the Home and Away family celebrates their birthday!
And on Monday, Summer Bay veteran Ray Megaher was treated to some very sweet well-wishes wishes from his co-stars as he rung in his 78th birthday.
Emily Symons, who plays Marilyn Chambers on the soap, kicked off the birthday tributes by sharing a photo to Instagram of her and Ray at the recent TV WEEK Logie Awards.

"Happy birthday to our lovely Ray 🥳🥂🎉Thank you for 33 years of friendship 🙌🏼 that's an awful lot of 🥂🍷🍹🍸☕️🤍," she captioned her post.
Fellow Home And Away veteran Georgie Parker also took the opportunity to gush over Ray.
"Happy birthday Ray. We love you 💜" she wrote alongside a series of behind-the-scenes snaps.
"Beautiful darling, love these. Happy birthday Raymond 🥳" Emily commented on her co-star's post, while TV personality Cameron Daddo wrote, "There's the MAN… Ray🙌❤️ Happy birthday big heart."

Luke Mitchell, who played Romeo on Home and Away from 2009 until 2013, also shared his well-wishes to Ray, writing: "Happy Birthday Ray!! You flamin' legend!! 🥳😜🔥❤️"
Ray isn't the only Summer Bay star to recently celebrate their birthday.
Over the weekend, Sophie Dillman rung in her milestone 30th birthday surrounded by her loved ones.
Sophie's on and off screen boyfriend Patrick O'Connor shared a sweet tribute on his Instagram, writing, "Happy Birthday baby! I love you to the moon and back! Dirty thirties here we go ❤️"
Rodger Corser wished Sophie a happy birthday, commenting, "Happy Birthday Soph! Hope ya had a goodie. X"
The actress, who plays Ziggy Astoni on the soap, shared her gratitude over on her page.
"Thank you to everyone who made my 30th so special. I am so lucky to have you all in my life!" she penned.
