A bizarre toxic chemical attack leaves the lives of several Summer Bay favourites on the line in this week's edge-of-your-seat episodes of Home And Away.
And as Logan (Harley Bonner) and Jasmine (Sam Frost) try to save Tane's (Ethan Browne) life, the burning question is, who's behind the deadly incident?
We pick up the action with townsfolk preparing for Martha's (Belinda Giblin) black-tie art fundraiser for mental health.
There's early drama when Martha herself goes missing and Roo (Georgie Parker) is beside herself with worry over her mother's whereabouts.
As the event at Salt approaches, Alf (Ray Meagher) goes in search of Martha, with Roo taking control of the event when her mum still hasn't shown up. Where could Martha be?
Meanwhile, hot cop Cash (Nicholas Cartwright) serves Tane with an interim AVO following his shocking verbal stoush with Felicity (Jacqui Purvis), which has left her in fear of him.
And here's where things get mysterious. We see an unknown gloved figure poison Tane's sports drink at the gym. Tane later has no idea what he's drinking at the gym, but when he collapses on the floor it's clear the big man's been drugged.
Next, a shadowy figure slides into the gym and places a rose on him before fixing a chemical sprayer to pump out gas around him.
But the toxic fumes spread the vents of the surf club and into the fundraiser at Salt. Irene (Lynne McGranger) is one of the first to succumb to the gas seeping in above her. Oh, no!
Cash spots the vapours and orders Mac (Emily Weir) to alert authorities and a HAZMAT team to decontaminate guests. And amid the chaos, rescue workers find Tane and Logan and Jas go to work on him. But are they too late?
