It’s been a tough week for police in Queensland so it’s nice to see them find a moment of levity with a tweet directed at The Bachelorette.
Obviously outraged by Thursday night’s reality love show finale Ten News reporter Jonathan Lea took to twitter to report “information on a robbery”:
Hello, @QPSmedia I have some information on a robbery. There's a bloke called #mattyj and he's been robbed blind. #BachelorAU
— Jonathan Lea (@JonathanLea10) October 27, 2016
The QPS media unit’s witty retort showed exactly who they would have preferred to win:
We're aware of these disturbing reports. Working to determine if we have jurisdiction & why it took an hour to filter in #TheBacheloretteAu https://t.co/EWB2NHkHZ7
