Meanwhile, the 31-year-old couldn’t be happier about her impending motherhood. Taking to Instagram, Laina shared a sweet happy birthday message to her partner.
“Happy Birthday to my loving husband who always knows how to put a smile on my face,” she penned to the American Pie star. “Thank you for making me your wife and a soon to be a Mother. You make every day feel like a miracle. I love you.”
The pair tied the knot last year.
Chris popped the question in December 2014 after the couple dated for three years. The following year in August, Laina and the 37-year-old tied the knot in Montana.
“Laina and Chris wanted to stay true to the nature of Montana and chose native grasses, sage and flowers in a soft colour palette to reflect the beauty of Montana,” their wedding planner Jennifer Horsley told People magazine.
Chris was famously engaged to Dawson’s Creek actress Katie Holmes. After dating for five years, the pair split in 2005. A year later Katie married Tom Cruise.
