The 40-year-old former Spice Girl topped the list of business men and women in the magazine, Management Today.
The list was based on strong sales, the number of jobs she has created and her estimated overall wealth.
“She’s got a real business, some design talent and some business nous,” deputy editor Andrew Saunders told HELLO!
According Management Today, Victoria’s wealth is estimated at £210m (AUD$382 million).
The mother-of-four, who recently opened her first boutique in London’s Dover Street, has gone from three to 100 employees in five years.
Philip Beresford, from Management Today, said Victoria is a “supremely talented entrepreneur in the fashion business” and the “queen of the catwalk”.
