WATCH: Taylor Swift performs for little boy with cancer

Country singing sensation, Taylor Swift, has surprised her biggest (possibly littlest) fan with a private concert that will leave you teary-eyed.

The humble 24-year-old star stopped by the Boston Children’s Hospital over the weekend to visit six-year-old cancer patient, Jordan Lee Nickerson.

When Jordan was just nine-months-old he was diagnosed with a rare genetic disorder called Williams Syndrome and last month, the bubbly and high-spirited youngster was diagnosed with leukemia.

After hearing of Jordan’s struggle, Taylor wanted to do something special for him.

So, on the day he was supposed to undergo chemotherapy, the superstar paid him a suprise visit.

“I didn’t know you’d come,” a very excited Jordan tells his idol.

“We wanted to surprise you,” Taylor responded.

The pair got along like two peas in a pod as they chatted about Spider-Man and played some air hockey.

Taylor then asked Jordan what song he would like to hear before serenading him with her hit single “We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together.”
